Zusammenfassung

Lotus Ultra ISF is a highly productive, alkaline cleaning concentrate based on nonionic. amphoteric and cationic specialty surfactants. In combination with new complexing additives, a maximum, material-friendly cleaning is possible, even with very hard water.

The surfactants used in the formulation are fully biodegradable and are environmentally neutral in wastewater.

Wirkungsweise

Thanks to its novel anti-soiling formula, Lotus Ultra ISF is ideal as a pretreatment agent for car washes. By using novel, extremely powerful dispersants, the dirt is easier to rinse; this results in an easy-to-clean effect. The lime inhibitor effectively prevents limescale deposits and gray haze in the further washing process. So a lotus effect is already achieved in the pre-cleaning. Dissolved dirt particles in the process water no longer deposit on the surface. The re-pollution is effectively prevented.

Lotus Ultra ISF is a universal pre-cleaner. Environmental pollution, gasoline margins of overcrops, insects, bird droppings and exhaust fumes are reliably removed thanks to its excellent ability to penetrate dirt.

The integrated evaporation protection offers maximum protection against stains and chemical burns despite alkaline reaction.

Lotus Ultra ISF reliably dissolves all common types of dirt, such as chitin residues, pigment dirt, waxes, protein and other heavy soiling. The high dirt carrying capacity and the good rinsability ensure an enormous efficiency; even at high washing rates and short exposure time.

Anwendung

Lotus Ultra ISF is suitable for use in self-service syringes, in all pre-wash sheets of car washes and for manual use in manual sprayers. The product is a concentrated special cleaner and therefore it is recommended to use Lotus Ultra ISF only in diluted form.

In the sprayer: Depending on the degree of soiling, pre-dilute 1: 5 to 1:10. Spray dirty surfaces evenly from bottom to top. Leave briefly. Rinse well with water

In the HD device: Pure up to about 1: 5 prediluted, depending on the device type

In the pre-bend: Feed pure via a dosing pump to the pre-spray device. Final dilution max. 1-5%

Hints:
Do not use on hot paint surfaces, in high heat or in blazing sun.

Do not allow to dry. Check for material compatibility.
