Lotus Ultra Powerfoam is a low-level alkaline, extremely high-foaming cleaning concentrate based on anionic and amphoteric surfactants, for use in vehicle washing installations, gantry systems and self-service washing bays. Innovative complexing and dispersing agents, as well as a special brushing lubricant to protect lacquered edges, ensure optimal foaming action and a cleaning solution that will protect materials. The original fragrance guarantees a fresh and pleasant smell in all installations. It even retains its foaming action in hard water! The surfactants comply with detergent regulation 648/2004 and are mostly >80% biodegradable within 28 days.
Wirkungsweise
With its innovative anti-soiling formula, Lotus Ultra Powerfoam is the perfect active cleaning
foam for carwashes. The lotus effect can already be seen in the foam arch. Advanced and highly
effective dispersing agents and limescale inhibitors facilitate the easy-to-clean effect, which
also prevents limescale build-up and fogging later in the washing process. Dissolved dirt
particles in the service water no longer congregate on the surface. Risk of repeat soiling is
effectively reduced.
In vehicle-washing installations and gantry systems, the active foam is produced by using a
foam generator of a 0.5–1 % solution with compressed air. The consistency of this active foam
is modified in the installation from voluminous-dry to aqueous-running off.
In vehicle-washing installations and gantry systems we recommend an aqueous running-off
consistency. In self-service installations the foam can be adjusted to be very voluminous and
dry if desired. This of course increases the run-off time, which can go against the customer’s
wishes.
Lotus Ultra Powerfoam is a high concentrate with a maximum proportion of active washing
substances. This lends it excellent dirt- and fat-dissolving properties, even in cases of extreme
soiling.
The product is particularly recommended for use with clean brushes.
Lotus Ultra Powerfoam is registered with the VDA.
Anwendung
Application in a foaming device: If neat, introduce into the foaming device as follows: 1:25 prediluted
via a dosing pump or 1:50 pre-diluted via an injector.
Application in high-pressure equipment:
1:5 – 1:50 pre-diluted depending on the type and setting of the equipment.
Application in spraying equipment:
Spray over a large surface pre-diluted 1:100 – 1:200 with water, and soak the vehicle well.
Do not allow the foam to dry. Wash with rotating brushes.
Consumption: Approx. 4-8 ml per vehicle when used in the foaming device.
