Rapid Wax Drying Agent is a high-performance cationic and non-ionic tenside based drying agent whose high performance care components guarantee problem-free drying with innovative shine action in all automatic car wash installations such as self-service car wash bays.

Wirkungsweise

In order to guarantee optimum performance, Rapid Wax Drying Agent should be applied pressure-free to pre-washed vehicles with hot water. After 2-4 sec, the surface tension of the water falls and its surface breaks up spontaneously over a wide area. This minimises water-beading even in problem systems (such as short bubbling rinse cycles, high conveyor speeds or recycled water).

The use of polymer care components provides an improved long-lasting effect together with a visible increase in depth of shine.

Anwendung

Rapid Wax Drying Agent works best at a final dilution of 0.15-0.25 %. Excessive dosing does not improve drying.

Using dosing pumps, 15-25 ml per car. Using pumps with an output of over 6 L/h, pre-dilute concentrate 1:1. With injectors, pre-dilute approx. 1:2 to 1:5.
